My Kambô Story
My journey with Kambô has been one of the most powerful and healing of my life. The way in which I have been guided by the spirit of the Frog has revolutionized how I experience the world and allowed me to blossom into the be-ing that I am today. Its lessons have been innumerable; multidimensional and ineffable, as well as deeply grounding and tangible. It has been a path of quantum leaping into my growth in the most supported way possible.
I found Kambô in early 2020 through various avenues, but at first, I didn’t feel particularly called to her, just intrigued. By the middle to end of 2020 however, it became clear to me that the Frog was an answer to my prayers.
For months, I had been asking Source to show me the ways I could help heal myself from chronic dis-ease that I had been experiencing in different degrees of intensity for many years at that point. After listening to a podcast episode about Kambô with an IAKP Practitioner, the Universe began responding to this quest of mine by sending me frogs. Each time I would ask about my health, I would hear or see a frog outside or through my intuitive channels. At a certain point, I internally agreed to answer the calling and was guided to sit with the same IAKP Practitioner over New Years of 2020.
After my first experience of working with the Frog, something clicked internally and I Knew this was a calling that ran deep within my soul, beyond my human understanding. I began a quantum dive with Kambô in the months that followed, sitting with it as often as I was called. Each time, I rediscovered layers of mySelf and found all levels of my be-ing healing and feeling more whole and vital. I felt empowered to embody my highest, fullest, multidimensional Self and experienced an effortless alignment towards my Mission in this life. I found myself healing wounds from my ancestors and other lifetimes simultaneously. Additionally, I physically felt more well and whole than I had in years, having worked through the energetics that were contributing to my dis-ease. It was like my whole life opened up to allow in more flow, love and Truth.
Eventually, I Knew it was a part of my path to serve others.
And so, many months after sitting with the Frog for the first time, I found myself being trained through the IAKP to become a Practitioner and Steward of the Medicine. One of the most beautiful aspects of my experience with Kambô in this life is the level of trust that I have gained in myself and in the emanations of Source surrounding me, including the Frog. Even though my journey & growth with Kambô has been quantum, it has felt deeply supported and grounded the whole time.
The Frog is a powerful, mystical, loving force. She can offer you some of the biggest breakthroughs and in my experience, in a loving way that resonates with her Divine Mother essence. She reminds us of the warrior within, of our innate power and of the wisdom we all carry. If she has called to you, it is no mistake. My advice is to answer her call with your whole heart and being, and watch as the transformation unfolds.
